Dr. Toni Adderley
President
Dr. Toni Adderley was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She has practiced dentistry for 30+ years in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She has worked predominately with the underserved population. Currently she works in her private practice and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Howard University College of Dentistry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science/Biology from Spelman College, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr Adderley is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is a co-founder of Delta Phi Sigma Sorority, Inc(first dental sorority). She is also a certified EMS CPR/AED instructor.
Dr. Adderley has two adult children. She enjoys traveling, cycling, reading and attending sporting events. She attends mission trips around the country quarterly with her dental students to provide free dental treatment to the underserved through Remote Access Medical(RAM). They provide treatment on upward of 300 patients per day on these trips.
Joshua S. Page
Director of Communications & Media Specialist
Joshua Page earned his B.A. in Mass Communications from St Augustine's University where he also played Men's Basketball on full scholarship. Josh helped lead the Falcons to the quarter finals of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) playoffs in 2022. Prior to SAU, Josh played Men's Basketball at Lincoln University of PA, under head coach Doug Overton.
As a stellar high school athlete Josh excelled on the court for the nationally ranked Rock Creek Christian Academy in Clinton, MD.
Josh’s community endeavors include “Laces For Life”(co-founder)- sneaker donation to underserved children in the US and Africa; volunteers annually with “Project Giveback” to prepare Thanksgiving baskets for the underserved; annual volunteer with “Jus does It” Christmas toys, school supplies and winter outerwear collection and distribution; “Food & Friends” youth volunteer- delivery of meals to terminally ill in the DC/MD area. Josh has been actively serving the community since the age of 11.
Josh is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. where he continues his service. He co-founded "4evereternal Media" with his sister, Justice to showcase freelance videography and photography. Josh attended the 2023 NFL Draft as a member of the media representing the TD Report. He also appears on the TD Report Podcast as a contributing guest. Josh is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Sports Media and Marketing from Liberty University.

Vice President & Director of Community Outreach
Justice Page is a dedicated community advocate, leader, and lifelong champion for youth empowerment. As the Co-Founder and Director of Community Outreach for the foundation, Justice brings an unwavering commitment to health equity, educational opportunity, and community uplifting.
Her passion for grassroots service led her to establish Jus Does It, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving youth across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Driven by the belief that every child deserves a fair start, Jus Does It works to bridge systemic gaps by providing underserved youth with essential resources and opportunities that should be readily accessible to all.
Justice holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Communication from Xavier University of Louisiana, as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Michigan State University. Combining her technical expertise in management with strategic communication, she designs and executes outreach initiatives that deliver measurable, lasting impacts for young people and families throughout the region.

Arion Malone is a passionate student leader, dancer, and emerging mental wellness advocate from Washington, D.C. She is currently studying Psychology and Dance Performance & Choreography at Spelman College, where she brings together her interests in psychology, movement, and service.

Arion Malone is a passionate student leader, dancer, and emerging mental wellness advocate from Washington, D.C. She is currently studying Psychology and Dance Performance & Choreography at Spelman College, where she brings together her interests in psychology, movement, and service.
With years of experience in dance, Arion has developed a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, mental wellness, creativity, and personal growth. She is especially passionate about creating spaces that support the whole person and encourage individuals to pursue wellness, purpose, and their fullest potential.
Arion has served with organizations including the Herb Adderley Foundation, Lyrric Jackson Dance Academy, The Washington Ballet, and Revive Youth & Family Services. Through these experiences, she has strengthened her commitment to mentorship and community service while exploring how movement and mental health can work together to help individuals thrive.
Her long-term goal is to pursue graduate study in psychology and become a sports psychologist. Arion hopes to integrate holistic and movement-based approaches into mental health and performance care, eventually establishing her own practice and continuing to explore the intersection of psychology, dance, wellness, and performance.
As a Student Ambassador at Spelman College, Arion is excited to serve as a bridge between the Foundation and the Spelman community. She looks forward to engaging fellow students through service, wellness initiatives, mentorship, and opportunities that empower them to become advocates and changemakers within their own communities.
